During the show, Lee gave Tom lots of good advice like the name of a new flavor that should be a huge hit. Lee calls it "PopToids" and it is a peppermint flavored popcorn. If it doesn't have someone look at it 4) Regular doctors tend to solve these kind of problems with some product from the pharmacy when a chiropractic adjustment could work just as well. On this show Doctor Fitness and the Fat Guy have a lively debate about strength training, Joe Weider and steroids with former Men's Health editor Lou Schuler...Lou has a new book called "The New Rules of Lifting." Lou is a top journalist who is passionate about all things fitness. His blog is very entertaining and his books cover strength training in depth. During the show, Lou took exception with the Fat Guy's stance on steroids, plastic surgery and the amount of time it takes him to get out of a chair. He also wasn't thrilled with Dr. Fitness' take on slowing down when you do each rep. In Honor Of The Return of HBO's "The Soprano's" Tips to Help You Sleep Like the Fishes. Guests: Patrice Dickey & Dr. Liz Lipski

Dr. Shafran's tips to sleep as well as Tony Soprano does are 1) go to sleep at the same time each night, even on the weekends. 2) Avoid smoking, drinking caffeine or alcohol or eating, and exercise too close to bedtime (3 hours) 3) Create a dark, cool, quiet environment to sleep in. 4) Bed is for sleeping anfd loving not watching TV. Dr. Fitness had a few more tips but I couldn't write them down fast enough so listen to the show. The Fat Guy's tips for falling asleep quickly are 1) ambien, valium or tylenol pm 2) watch baseball, golf or soccer and 3) eat a big meal preferably chinese food.
