In 2007 he wrote Exposed, a book that compares the proactive governmental policies of the European Union when it comes to environment, safety and health to the the more reactive policies of the US. Mark explained that in the United States their are no government regulators checking to see if there are any toxins in products such as cosmetics and plastics. In Europe that is not the case. The European Union have oversight over cosmetics and they have compiled a list of dangerous ingredients that are not allowed in cosmetics. Sadly in the US cosmetics sold here are filled with carcinogens that are banned in Europe. traditional medical care. Cory recently completed his Ph.D. in human-robot interaction at the MIT Media Lab and is known as leading researcher in the field. His experience in human-robot interaction and developing novel technology for healthcare applications for the last ten years is a key to Intuitive Automata's success. Prior to his graduate studies at the Media Lab, Cory was a
research scientist as part of the Aware Home project at the Georgia Institute

Twitter. Food journals are great ways to lose weight and the Fat Guy is
always trying anything in order to lose those last 20 pounds. So take a peek
into his food diary. You never know what he'll write. Somehow he can stay
compliant to writing on Twitter but he can't fit in exercise each day. That's
right, moments after he eats something the Fat Guy Twitters about it and you
can follow him so that one day if you try real hard you too can look like the

Michelle Bersell, author of the book Emotional Abundance: Become Empowered. This book has been called an owners manual to your emotions. Michelle is a psychotherapist and life coach who teaches us how to honor our authentic selves and utilize our emotional process to reveal the direction that will support us to live our best life. We were so fortunate to have Danielle Tiano and Karen Child in the studio this evening. They flew all the way from California to meet with us. They are the creators of the Temptation of a Generation series of books. While this may seem off topic for us, Dr Fitness and the Fat Guy are both parents who care deeply about protecting children from unnecessary harm and that's exactly what these brilliant ladies do. The Temptation of a Generation series is the first children's series to tackle the tough issues today's kids face in the information age. Roger was retired by 41 as a millionaire. He might of been rich but he was also extremely overweight. He tipped the scales at over 2 Fat Guys, in fact he weighed 430 pounds. selling book The Slow Burn Fitness Revolution.
Slow Burn exercise stimulates positive adaptations to every aspect of your body including the cardiovascular system. Once stimulated, the body needs time, roughly 48-96 hours, to produce the benefits. Science indicates that if the quality of an exercise program is high, 2 sessions a week of exercise is more than adequate to cause optimal positive results. More than three sessions produces little added physical benefits. Fred says that exercise itself doesn't make you "fit" or healthy. That it is sort of a necessary evil. The body becomes healthier if the exercise stimulus is adequate and if rest and recovery is allowed for. Quality not quantity is the key. Dr. Alvy is a prolific author of books and articles on parenting, parent training, child development, and child abuse prevention, as well as authoring and co-authoring parenting education programs and seminars. Tonight we did the show without Kathie who was partying on South Beach with the other hot models. But in her place we had the radio debut of Rachael the intern who shared some awesomely weird workouts from around the country. Tonight we did the show without Dr Fitness who was partying on South Beach probably with Jennifer Nicole Lee and other hot models. But we had in his place the lovely Kathie Larkin and Tiffany Davis Atlanta Editor of the Daily Candy. On tonight's show Dr Fitness and the Fat Guy get the skinny about Gourmet Healthy Eating from Dr Gourmet Dr. Tim Harlan. Dr Harlan is an Internist in New Orleans, who has had a love of food preparation since he was a teenager washing dishes in a restaurant. Along the way he learned cooking from many fine chefs, and at age twenty-two opened his own restaurant: a small country-French café. Dr. Harlan originally was going to get a degree in restaurant management, but he ultimately chose to become a doctor.Working as a caterer throughout school, he continued to be involved with food and cooking but noticed a lack of knowledge in the medical field about eating healthy and eating well. Neither patients nor health care providers understood much about a healthful diet. Patients, it seemed, were usually told not what they could eat but, rather, what they could not eat. And that is where Dr Gourmet was born. He was uniquely qualified to combine the benefits of creating healthy tasty recipes for his his patients.His website has eatTHISdiet plans for his patients and anyone else who is interested. There are diets that are low cholesterol, low fat, low sodium. If you have acid reflux / GERD or are on Coumadin / Warfarin and soon if you are lactose intolerant you can find recipes just for you. She blogged about it along the way and two short years later she had officially lost 186 pounds, half her weight. She is looking to drop a few more pounds to get down to her goal weight of 160. Her story is truly inspiring - she started out barely able to go a half mile on the treadmill and today she is training for her first half marathon.
