On tonight's show Dr Fitness and the Fat Guy learn how to Never Be Fat Again and Never Be Sick Again from Raymond Francis, founder of Beyond Health. Roger was retired by 41 as a millionaire. He might of been rich but he was also extremely overweight. He tipped the scales at over 2 Fat Guys, in fact he weighed 430 pounds. He tried every diet, he even had his wife gain weight in order to join weight watchers so he could get their diet plan. Then,

selling book The Slow Burn Fitness Revolution.
Slow Burn exercise stimulates positive adaptations to every aspect of your body including the cardiovascular system. Once stimulated, the body needs time, roughly 48-96 hours, to produce the benefits. Science indicates that if the quality of an exercise program is high, 2 sessions a week of exercise is more than adequate to cause optimal positive results. More than three sessions produces little added physical benefits. Fred says that exercise itself doesn't make you "fit" or healthy. That it is sort of a necessary evil. The body becomes healthier if the exercise stimulus is adequate and if rest and recovery is allowed for. Quality not quantity is the key. rich sauces and desserts. If the Fat Guy did that he would starve. Then he supercharged his exercise workout
with the help of a trainer and then like magic he lost the weight. He
has kept it off for three or so years now without any drastic setbacks.

Number 1 Use pepper in your wash to whiten those whites. Number 2. Try some white vinegar to get those stubborn deodorant sweat stains from the pits of those shirts. They asked us to create a Dr Fitness and the Fat Guy "Wellness Minute." So now a new Wellness Minute runs on that station each morning at around 7:40. Each Wellness Minute features the doctor and I going over 5 of his best tips on a given wellness subject like: losing weight, getting in shape, living a healthy lifestyle, etc. We're working on ways to make those tips available to all our listeners. It is kind of like a kids version of David Spade's "Showbiz Show" on Comedy Central or Entertainment Tonight mixed in with a little Wayne's World. Max recaps the week in entertainment and gives his take and review of what he liked and didn't like on TV, at the movies, video games, in books and in music and even restaurant reviews.
