Donna Krech, creator of the Donna Krech Connection shared her 7 reasons people lose their motivation and what they can do to get back on track. The number one reason was that people get distracted, they lose focus. And in order to stay focused you have to figure out your "Big Why" Why are you really trying to lose weight - she says it's probably not what you think. It's not to fit into your college clothes or get to your high school weight. You're going to have to dig deeper than that. Donna is a successful entrepreneur, speaker and published author

![]() We were so fortunate to have Danielle Tiano and Karen Child in the studio this evening. They flew all the way from California to meet with us. They are the creators of the Temptation of a Generation series of books. While this may seem off topic for us, Dr Fitness and the Fat Guy are both parents who care deeply about protecting children from unnecessary harm and that's exactly what these brilliant ladies do. Forced to save his own life over two decades ago, Raymond has created a revolutionary model of health. His model addresses the causes of disease rather than treating its symptoms. When you address the causes, problems disappear. He believes there is only ONE DISEASE and only TWO CAUSES of disease.
