In order to lose weight you have to do four things. Most people focus only on one or two things, that's why they fail. Most people focus on either 1) eating right or 2) exercising more.

While those two things are the nuts and bolts to losing weight. There are two other elements that are just as important and without implementing them you are destined to fail. In order to successfully lose weight and keep it off you also must have 3) a support sytem and 4) an accountability system in place.

We discovered the importance of support and accountability during the time we owned a personal training studio. Our clients were able to stay compliant with their eating and exercise programs as long as a trainer was there to support them and keep them accountable. If a client ever left, they inevitably had a difficult time staying compliant and eventually gained the weight they had struggled so desperately to lose right back.

In order to make personal training (which is typically very expensive) more accessible to everyone we developed the Partner Power Weight Loss Program. Partner Power teaches you some of the pyschological dynamics that help trainers support their clients and keep them accountable. Obviously a partner is not a fitness trainer, but they can serve some if not most of the roles a trainer serves in the areas of support and accountability.

We spent a lot of time talking about the hottest game in Japan that is just now hitting the toystore shelves in the U.S. WiiFit. The WiiFit is&nbsp; what the Fat Guy and his kid are obsessing about now so John had to tell us all about it. First off this&nbsp;  is more than a videogame this is also a scale and a balance board and a game to of course. So check it out at your favorite Big Box store. John also talked about the new Nike Free running shoes which helped him with his recent foot problem. John also talked about some features the new iPhones will be having along with the massive price cut that should be coming in the next month or two. body.&nbsp; She was the nutrition expert for Good Morning America and qualified
for the 1984 Olympic trials in the women's marathon. Although she no longer

<p class="MsoNormal">Intuitive eating is an approach that teaches you how
to&nbsp;create a&nbsp;healthy relationship with your food, mind,&nbsp;and
body--where you ultimately become the expert of your own

emotional feelings, and gain a sense of body wisdom.&nbsp;&nbsp; It's also a
process of making peace with food---so that you no longer have constant

<p class="MsoNormal">If buying all organic isnât a priorityâor a financial reality for youâyou might opt for organic specifically when youâre selecting foods that are most heavily contaminated with pesticide and insecticide residues. According to the Environmental Working Group (<a href="http://www.ewg.org">www.ewg.org</a>), those include peaches, apples, bell peppers, celery, nectarines, strawberries, cherries, lettuce, imported grapes and pears.</p>

books. While this may seem off topic for us, Dr Fitness and the Fat Guy
are both parents who care deeply about protecting children from
unnecessary harm and that's exactly what these brilliant ladies do. <br/><p class="MsoNormal">The Temptation of a Generation series is the first
children's series to tackle the tough issues today's kids face in the
information age. The series addresses pre-teen and adolescent issues such as
self-image, technology addiction, relationships and more. With beautifully detailed
